3k shingle minimum | 4k tile minimum | 5k metal minimum
- That includes an inspection, photo report, sourcing the closest matching materials, and up to a 10×10 area of repairs.
- For any repairs over 1 square (10×10) area, the cost is 1k per up to 10×10 for shingle, 1.5k for tile, and 2k for metal.
- Shipping and delivery are extra, and prices depend on the type and amount of material is needed and are cost plus 20%.
We will also provide an estimate to the insurance company for a complete replacement if sourcing replacement materials is impossible.
